"This company is a class act. Everything, and I mean everything, came off without a hitch. From the initial visit to getting the estimate, scheduling and then the actual work - everyone was pleasant, helpful, and very knowledgeable. Love the mini split! I will be back for all future HVAC and plumbing needs."

"Reliable Tech installed a Mitsubishi ducted heat pump for me. The installation was clean, and the technicians courteous and friendly. I am extremely happy to have made the transition from propane. This is the first day of operation for the heat pump (in cooling mode). I thought of the cooling as a nice but unnecessary bonus. But here we are in the midst of the most intense heat wave ever recorded. I never thought I needed cooling for my adobe house but things are changing."

"Reliable Tech installed a new, high-efficiency evaporative cooler – Aerocool side draft TH6812 with 12-inch pad and 1-hp motor – on our house in May. We’ve used it for almost a month at temperatures of 80-90F. It has performed significantly better than the evap cooler it replaced. Although both had 1-hp motors, the new one is quieter and more powerful (cool air gets to the ends of our house). And I love the new Dial digital thermometer. Angelo came to the house, we discussed options and he prepared a fair quote. Steve installed the cooler and thermometer and got everything running. Very pleased with the outcome."

"I left an earlier review saying that Reliable had been a no-show. Thankfully, I was able to speak to the owners shortly after I left the review, and they explained there had been a long-term emergency that explained their absence. We are back on track for a consultation appointment, and I am reassured that Reliable will be, well, reliable!"

"We made an appointment for a consultation for Mitsubishi mini-splits, having gotten a referral from a neighbor who was using Reliable. The company authorized a charge on the credit card to cover the travel from Santa Fe to Abiquiu. On the day of the appointment, no one showed up during the appointment time window. I called twice and left messages, the second time to let them know that I needed to leave the house (this was two hours after the appointment window). I never heard back. I called again, twice, to see what had happened, and never heard back from Reliable again. Ever. My neighbor reported a great experience. Am not sure what happened!"

"Reliable Tech recently repaired the boiler for my radiant floor heating. I first contacted Reliable Tech to install mini AC throughout my house. During his first visit to plan installation of mini splits, Angelo also reviewed my heating system and observed some problems with the boiler. In addition to explaining the needed repair, Angelo gave an assessment of the needed maintenance and expected lifetime of my 15 year old boiler. Aaron did the boiler repair. He explained every step of the process and after the new pump was installed, he reviewed each component of radiant floor heating to demonstrate that the boiler, which had been turned off and drained, was now running properly. He did a thorough clean up of his repairs as well as removing the old rust buildup . I have not found it easy to find good plumbing/HVAC service in Santa Fe - this small family-owned business is the best!!!"

"Reliable Tech IS reliable for sure. Angelo and Joseph work hard to get your system right. I had a new heater put in, and had some trouble shooting that needed to be done. Angleo came over and was persistent in finding and fixing the problem, which was included in my whole package of me getting the heater, in other words, no extra charging, which was great- they are true to their word of what is included. I appreciate how they want to get it right and give quality service. Thank you!"
